We seek a highly motivated Business Developer to join our Commercial team. As a leading innovator in energy optimization, we specialize in developing self-adapted AI technology that optimizes energy consumption in buildings. Using deep learning, cloud-based computing, and deep industry knowledge, we autonomously optimize existing HVAC control systems to proactively reduce energy usage with minimal impact on the indoor climate.

  • Present, educate and promote our product/services using solid arguments to prospective customers, both business and technical
  • Identify and pursue new accounts while managing a sales pipeline
  • Perform cost-benefit and needs analysis of existing/potential customers to meet their needs
  • Establish, develop, and maintain positive business and customer relationships
  • Drive cross-functional customer stakeholders and internal processes to accelerate the sales cycle and time-to-value for the customer
  • Deliver on KPIs aligned with the sales pipeline advancement to signed agreements
  • Work effectively and build relationships across functions such as engineering, marketing, business development, solutions architects, services, and evangelists to achieve business goals

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in business, communications, marketing, or related discipline from an accredited university or college
  • 5+ years of sales experience in Software as a Service, IoT products and managed services, or similar, with a demonstrated track record of organic sales growth
  • Demonstrated experience and strong industry profile of selling digital solutions to real estate companies
  • Enterprise sales track record of successfully positioning complex SaaS business models from prospecting to implementation
  • Strong experience working with CRM platforms and an established list of customer contacts and strong relationships
  • Demonstrated ability to build, lead, and motivate internal teams and external relationships
  • Ability to work autonomously in a demanding and sometimes ambiguous environments
  • Interest in new technology, IT, and/or real estate
  • Ability to collaborate and work towards mutual goals
  • Experience in selling energy efficiency projects (e.g., equipment/control retrofit, post-installation) is highly desirable

  • For this role, we think you have at least three years of work experience
  • Able to work in Sweden
  • Able to work independently
