Astrid started working at Myrspoven as a business developer in November 2021. Right from the start, she has felt at home thanks to the family-like atmosphere and the opportunity to influence her work.

For me, Myrspoven is an incredibly innovative company that houses highly competent and driven people in all our areas of activity. I work as a Business Developer/Project leader within the Sales team. My primary responsibilities involve managing our existing client portfolio and related projects. This can be general management in projects that have been running for a long time, or onboarding new projects from integration to full-scale projects. The role suits me incredibly well as I have the opportunity to design each project based on what suits our customers the best. I’m constantly learning new things, and I’m gaining new perspectives and experiences that allow me to develop in my role.

I feel very comfortable here at Myrspoven. Working energy systems have long been something I like, and, especially given the current situation, also something important. In addition to energy systems, I am also interested in development (programming), and I get to combine these two here at Myrspoven. I get to have a lot of fun at work while contributing to a better world.

I work as a Machine Learning Engineer in the AI team here at Myrspoven. It’s a broad role with tasks and responsibilities ranging from AI research/development of models and algorithms, to developing, scaling, and deploying them in production. This role suits me greatly because it combines my biggest passions: machine learning, which means solving complex problems leveraging data and machine learning and software engineering, which means developing scalable, clean, and efficient software. For me, the culture at Myrspoven is all about trust, and therefore responsibility, and cooperation. We, as members of the team have a great responsibility for ensuring we deliver on our daily responsibilities, as well as for considering the bigger picture of the products and where they should be heading. Working on complex problems without always having clear solutions also means that cooperation is key, and that’s something we do very well.

I work as a Machine Learning Engineer in the AI team here at myrspoven. It’s a broad role with tasks and responsibilities ranging from AI research/development of models and algorithms to developing, scaling, and deploying them in production. This role suits me greatly because it combines my biggest passions: machine learning (solving complex problems leveraging data and machine learning) and software engineering (developing scalable, clean, and efficient software).For me, the culture at Myrspoven is all about trust (and therefore responsibility) and cooperation. In the early stages, with not too large teams, we as members of the team have a greater responsibility for ensuring we deliver on our daily responsibilities, as well as for considering the bigger picture of the core product and where it should be heading. Working on complex problems without clear solutions also means that cooperation is key, and that’s something we do very well.
