Myrspoven featured in the 2026 PropTechMap Europe Top 100
Myrspoven has been included in the PropTechMap Europe Top 100 for the second consecutive year. Carl-Johan Fredman, CPO at Myrspoven, comments on the company’s progress from growth stage in 2025 to expansion stage in 2026.

Myrspoven has been included in the PropTechMap Europe 2026 Top 100, presented by BUILTWORLD in cooperation with PwC.
The annual map highlights 100 PropTech companies contributing to the development of Europe’s real estate industry. Myrspoven is featured in the Building Operations / FM-Tech category and is positioned at the expansion stage.
This marks the second consecutive year that Myrspoven has been recognized. In the 2025 PropTechMap Europe, the company was featured at the growth stage. Its placement at expansion stage in 2026 reflects the progress made in bringing the technology to a growing number of buildings, portfolios and markets.
For Myrspoven, the inclusion is a meaningful recognition of the work being done to make buildings more efficient through smarter operations. It also reflects a broader shift in the property sector, where proven and scalable technology is playing an increasingly important role in reducing energy use, improving building performance and lowering operation costs.
Myrspoven’s AI-powered optimization works with existing building management systems to continuously improve the operation of heating, ventilation and cooling. The technology typically reduces HVAC energy use by 20%, without requiring new hardware or changes to the existing infrastructure.
“Last year, Myrspoven was recognized at the growth stage. To be included again this year, now at expansion stage, is a meaningful acknowledgement of how far we’ve come. We have moved from developing and proving the technology to applying it across a growing number of buildings and portfolios. It is encouraging to see both our progress and the importance of smarter building operations being recognised,” says Carl-Johan Fredman, CPO at Myrspoven.

Being included alongside some of Europe’s most promising PropTech companies is an encouraging sign that Myrspoven’s work is being noticed beyond its home market and individual customer projects. The recognition reinforces the company’s ambition to make energy-efficient building operations scalable across markets and portfolios.
We are proud to be included and thank BUILTWORLD and PwC for highlighting the companies helping to shape the future of buildings and real estate across Europe.
