In 2023, Fokus Nordic acquired Elefanten 17 on behalf of Nordea Life & Pension. Facing high energy costs and ambitious sustainability targets, Fokus Nordic decided to implement Myrspoven’s optimization software to the existing BMS.
After one heating season, district heating consumption fell 15 %, district cooling energy 12 %, and ventilation 8 %, while the average indoor temperature stayed constant and occupants enjoyed a noticeably steadier climate.
