Project Manager

About the role
As a Project Manager at Myrspoven, you'll play a key role in driving our projects from start to finish and building long-term relationships with our customers. You'll be the link between our clients, technical experts, and internal teams — planning, coordinating, and following up on deliveries to make sure every piece falls into place. You'll have a dual role both externally and internally: building trust with customers through clear communication, while coordinating resources and driving processes that support our continued innovation.
What we’re looking for
- Experience in project management, ideally within technology, energy, construction, or real estate
- Prior knowledge of energy and/or energy optimization
- Ability to work both strategically and operationally
- Strong communication skills and a natural ability to build trust
- Understanding of technology and energy optimization (a plus, not a requirement)
- Professional proficiency in both Swedish and English
- A curious approach and a willingness to learn and take on new challenges
